Frequently Asked Questions
-
We do not offer decorating or floral design as a standalone service. However, we do set out and style the décor and personal items you provide (such as centerpieces, signage, favors, ceremony items, photos, and guest book displays).
If you need a professional decorator or florist, we are happy to recommend trusted vendors. -
Yes — we love destination weddings! We proudly serve clients across Florida and the Southeast, and we offer full planning support for destination celebrations anywhere. Travel fees may apply depending on location and the package selected.
-
A planner works with you throughout your entire engagement, helping with vendor selection, budgeting, design, and long-term planning.
A day-of coordinator steps in closer to the event to finalize details, manage vendors, create your timeline, run rehearsal, and manage your full wedding day.
We offer both coordination and full-service planning depending on your needs. -
As soon as you know your wedding date. Many couples reserve their coordinator 6–12 months in advance to ensure support leading up to the event. Our calendar fills quickly, especially during peak season.
-
Your coordinator handles:
Finalizing your wedding day timeline
Communicating with all vendors
Running your rehearsal
Setting out personal décor items you provide
Managing the entire wedding day
Cueing ceremony and reception events
Troubleshooting issues quietly
Ensuring your wedding day stays on schedule
Our role is to make sure your day runs smoothly while you stay fully present.
-
A signed service agreement and a non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. Your remaining balance will be due according to your contract.
-
For our higher-tier packages (like The Enchanted or The Briar Package), we help track vendor payment deadlines and confirm when vendors have received their final balances. Clients are still responsible for submitting the actual payments unless otherwise stated in their contract.
